Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic
Sun-Dried Tomato and Garlic is both a Bread Dipping Oil and Bruschetta Mix. It can also be used as a seasoning to hot pasta with olive oil.
Directions: For Bruschetta and Spreads, combine and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavors to blend
- Bread Dipping Oil: Add 1 t. mix to 1 t. hot water. Allow herbs to absorb hot water for 5 minutes to hydrate. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste for dipping
- Bruschetta: Add mix to 2 cups of chopped fresh or canned tomatoes + 2 T. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Spread: Add mix to 16 oz. softened cream cheese + 1/4 c. sour cream
- Wine Spread: Add mix to 16 oz. softened cream cheese + 2 T. wine
