Roasted Garlic and Sweet Red Pepper
Roasted Garlic and Sweet Red Pepper is a Savory Mix. It is a very versatile blend since it can be made into a dip, spread, or bread dipping oil.
Directions: Combine and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavors to blend
- Dip: Add mix to 1 cup sour cream + 1 cup mayonnaise
- Spread: Add mix to 16 oz. softened cream cheese + 1/4 c. sour cream
- Wine Spread: Add mix to 16 oz. softened cream cheese + 2 T. wine
- Bread Dipping Oil: Add 1 t. mix to 1 t. hot water. Allow herbs to absorb hot water for 5 minutes to hydrate. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste for dipping
